Where's the phone? - by Jeremy

Well… I got my license, its pretty cool I get to drive around on my own and stuff like that now. Its especially useful now that I can go on dates with out having to ask for a ride or anything like that. Over all, it’s pretty sweet.

I went to home coming on the 26th . I asked reina Richardson, I asked through some kind of egg puzzle thing where I hid the eggs all over her yard and they all had puzzle pieces and she had to find them and put the puzzle together. She responded with a note that said “I'll go to H.C. with you when pigs fly” and it was on a box so I opened the box and a pig magically flew out… the dance it self was a blast. The music kept going out though. The best part of it all was probably dinner. We had dinner at my house, but had it restaurant style with my sis’ as waitresses both J.D.’s date and reina said they though it was way more fun then a regular restaurant and glad it wasn’t mac and cheese…

i jordan having been forced to go on this and type for the first time while my mom is doin my hair.
high school is boring. i have aleast 3 teachers i like. jordin and steph are in my math class. if you dont know jordin and steph are my best friends. my favorite classes are honors english 1, math, health, and theatre. honors is one because mrs.smith is funny. math cuz ithas jordin and steph and mrs.jacobson tries to end each class with a game. health cuz mr.masterson fights with his computer each day and it is funny to listen to. theatre cuz mr.skelcey (dont know if that is spelled right) has fun warm-up games.
seminary is torture cuz the teach picks on me non stopped. it is to early in the morning. it is cold. note: bring extra jacket in winter.
friday i went to a temple trip. i hate the jumpsuit things they feel weird. on the way to the temple and home and to cici's there were 3 annoying guys in the back even though one calmed down. they wouldn't stop talking. cici's was fun cuz i got a balloon poodle. chris got a ballon tie...it was weird lookin. it was fun to have all my siblings there.
so...high school is boring, seminary is torture, and the temple was fun.

garage

Woke up and decided it was time to clean the garage. So about 6:30 in the morning that's what I started. It was bad, the car could barely fit in there. Once parked in there you almost killed yourself trying to get inside. Anyway, we woke up the kids around 8 and the girls joined me. Jeremy has kitchen duty. He's been avoiding it for all he's worth. JD was asked to make everyone breakfast. Pancakes and bacon Yum. Anyway, it's time to eat.

Dinner and a Show

Since the boys are off camping we decided to go out to eat. So off to Applebees we went. They lead us to our seats and took our drink order. Then next thing we know there was a major accident at the intersection outside the restaurant. There were at least three ambulances there. Or at least I saw three of them loaded. Almost forgot the accident was car verses motorcycle. Looked like the motorcycle itself almost won. We could see two bodies laying motionless in the road. Fortunately there was a police officer closely behind the people in the accident. Anyway, this accident managed to shut down a portion of academy for a while. I think every cop from the Briargate area had to be there helping to close it off. I couldn't look away from the whole thing. Is that wrong? It's all I could do the whole time I ate.

weirdest thing is I almost think two mischievous girls that were playing out by the street had something to do with it. I know when we drove by them whatever they were doing caught and captured John's attention while he was driving. They were even out playing and dancing by the scene. For some reason I find that idea ( that they caused it) more disturbing than the accident.

Hair Day?

From the time Jordan was in pre-school she's been asking if she could make her hair black. I think part of this comes from the fact that her favorite people in the world, that she would cling to were black ladies. A couple of these ladies use to tease that my little girl was going to grow up to be a professional black woman.
Anyway, last night I finally let her do it. After all she will be turning 14 on the 6th. It's not like she's trying to do it to be emo or anything like that. She picked out her color, midnight black, and we headed home. Almost forgot, I figured if she's doing hers I can do mine. So I picked a color that seemed close to my natural hair color. A dark brown red color.

Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking very clearly when getting Jordan's color. I forgot her hair's a little thicker than mine. Now that's saying something, cause I am always told when I get my hair done that it is really thick and that there is a whole lot there. Anyway (yes, I use that word far to often), I should have bought two boxes for her hair. Her hair ended up blotchy. However she likes, it so that's good. Plus, I bought her a non -permanent color. Washes out in 8 shampoos. I really hope it does.

I'm still trying to decide if I should buy more and do her hair again. So that it's doesn't look blotchy. I'm just afraid I'd fry her hair.

My hair did not end up looking the color on the box. It looks almost black. *weird* I don't understand why it's this dark. Also, I don't see any red. Maybe when the light's on it that will show. On the upside it did hide all my gray and my hair feels really, really silky.

Falling apart

It seems as if our house is falling apart. Last night, right after John and Jeremy left to do Home Teaching, we heard a incredibly loud bang. It sounded like someone had run into our garage door. We checked it out and found nothing. When John and Jeremy came back they couldn't get the garage door to open. Turns out one of those massive springs, that the opener uses to get the door open, snapped. So now it takes at least three of us to get the door open from the inside. Shutting not a problem. I hope the rental place doesn't take forever to fix this. It took just about a year to get them to fix the garage light. We are still waiting for them to fix the hole in the basement ceiling from fixing a water pipe that broke. Finally last fix we are waiting on is the kitchen sink. It leaks like a sieve, we would have fixed that one ourselves but, they used some sort of weird adhesive on the pipes when the put it together. So we can't get it to budge.

There are time I am really thankful we don't own this house. Then again, if we did it would get fixed fast and correctly.

Hello Peoples!

Josie here to let you know what all I've been up to.

So this week was oma's birthday which was fun. Made her a cake with the best homemade frosting I've made yet! The secret? No measuring! just added powdered sugar till it had the right consistency and flavor! ^_^ Then while cleaning up and washing dishes there was a baloon delviery...which was fun cuz it was aa very windy day. Later that night we went to Reflections of Christ an art gallery of photos of the life of christ, it was really cool! After which we went to JB's to eat.....so yeah ^_^

Da Zees

Welcome to Da Zees!! DaZees as in the Z's. Duh! Yes, we realize that depending on how you say it or listen to it it sounds like disease. We are all pretty demented and get a kick out of it. I guess that's what our family is, a disease. So you'd better watch out, of weirdness is contagious.

Anyway, lets see what's going on in our familia.....hmmmm. Right now, nothing absolutely nothing. Jd's louging on the cough playing gameboy. Jeremy is swooning over his 7 ft snowman. Seriously he can't stop looking at it. Of course, its loosing inches even as I type. Jordan, is rocking on a broken chair. That could prove entertaining wen it breaks. John is playing runescape and watching house and looking at his home teaching message. Me, I'm just sitting here bored out of my skull. Trying to strain my brain thinking of anything to write. Opps, almost forgot Josie....we have no clue what she's doing maybe she'll post it.
